Our pizza dough starts as a biga and rests for three days before it goes near the oven. That is where the light, blistered crust comes from.
The rest of the menu works the same way: simple recipes, good ingredients, and the time to do them properly.

Gluten-free pasta is available, and with notice we can cook vegan, vegetarian or dairy-free. Our kitchen handles wheat, nuts and shellfish, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free of allergens. Kids eat for $15. Fully licensed.
